Parade time will soon be here again, and it is the perfect time to start considering the purchase of a brand new home for your family!
The members of the Homebuilders Association of Metro Mobile are proud to create the places you call home. We know that a home is more than a building – it is the place you raise your family, celebrate life’s occasions, and retreat from the stresses of the world. The homes featured in the 2008 Parade of Homes will promise to provide just what you are looking for with a variety of styles, locations, and amenities in a range of prices. The builder and associate members of the HBA always pull together to offer you the latest in building design, technology, energy efficiency, and style!
The homes on this year's Parade represent 45 homes, 26 builders in 33 different neighborhoods!
SHOWCASE HOME
Our Showcase Home, is located in The Town of SaltAire, and was built by David Rowe of David Rowe Fine Homes, Inc. He and a team of HBA members are donated the time and many of the materials used to build this home. This home will be completely furnished and decorated by our decorator members. A donation will admit you to the home. Just as in the past, all proceeds from these donations will be given to the Child Advocacy Center.
